Movement
Flow, Flips, & Finding Your Center
Where the floor becomes your dance partner (and occasionally, your nemesis).
If the other pillars are about "How much can I hold?" or "How high can I push?", the Movement Pillar asks: "How smoothly can I get from point A to point B without looking like a startled gazelle?"
This is the playground for the explorers. We’re blending the ancient stillness of Yoga, the rhythmic chaos of Floorwork, and the circular sorcery of the Cyr Wheel. Whether you’re here to find your Zen or just to learn how to do a Macaco without ending up in a heap, we’ve got the map for your journey.
The Flow Seekers (Yoga & Floorwork): For those who want to move like water—graceful, intentional, and suspiciously flexible. We’ll help you navigate the floor so smoothly people will wonder if you’ve actually got bones.
The Momentum Masters (Macaco & Acro): Ready to add some "flair" to your physics? We’re taking the Macaco from "accidental back-flop" to "effortless explosion." It’s about using momentum to make gravity look like an amateur.
The Orbital Experts (Cyr Wheel & Mace): If it spins, we’re in. Whether you’re dancing inside a giant steel hoop or swinging a Mace with the precision of a medieval warrior, we’re here to master the art of centrifugal force.
From the meditative breath of a sun salutation to the dizzying heights of a wheel spin—the Movement Pillar is for the movers, the shakers, and the "I just want to feel cool in my own skin" makers.
Warning: Side effects include improved spatial awareness and an inability to walk in a straight line when a circular object is nearby.
