These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at Movement Manor Event (“the Event”). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. General
Movement Manor Event (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
All ticket holders agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as a condition of entry to the Event.
2. Ticket Purchases
Tickets for Movement Manor Event may be purchased:
In full (one-time payment), or
Via a 3-month payment plan
A ticket is only confirmed once payment (or first instalment for payment plans) has been successfully processed.
Tickets are transferable but only when explicitly approved in writing by Movement Manor Event.
3. Deposits & Payment Plans
3.1 Deposit
As part of ticket purchases (either in full or via payment plan), a £50 deposit is held to secure your place.
The £50 deposit is strictly non-refundable.
The deposit will only be refunded if the Event is cancelled by Movement Manor.
3.2 Instalment Payments
If you select the 3-month payment option:
You agree to complete all scheduled payments.
Payments will be charged automatically on the agreed dates.
Failure to complete payments may result in your ticket being cancelled without refund of any monies already paid.
By selecting a payment plan, you are entering into a binding agreement to pay the full ticket price.
4. Refund Policy
All ticket sales are subject to the staged refund structure below.
Refunds are calculated based on the date we receive written notice of cancellation.
4.1. Deposit
The £50 deposit is strictly non-refundable unless the Event is cancelled by Movement Manor Event.
4.2. REFUND STRUCTURE
If you cancel your ticket, the following refund terms apply:
More than 90 days before the Event:
Refund of all monies paid minus the £50 non-refundable deposit.60–89 days before the Event:
50% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).30–59 days before the Event:
25% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).Less than 30 days before the Event:
No refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@movementmanor.co.uk.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval.
4.3 Payment Plans
If you are on a payment plan and cancel:
Refunds will be calculated based on the full ticket price (not just instalments paid).
If instalments paid exceed the refundable amount under the staged structure, the difference will be refunded.
If instalments paid are less than the refundable amount, no further payment will be due, but no additional refund will be issued.
Failure to complete payment instalments does not constitute cancellation. Written notice is required.
4.4 Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another participant, subject to:
Written approval
Completion of waiver documentation
Transfers may be closed within 7 days of the Event. Any transfers after the session selection will keep the same booking with amendments allowed based on availability.
5. Event Changes
Movement Manor Event reserves the right to:
Change the event schedule
Substitute instructors or performers
Modify workshops or programming
Change venue within the same city if required
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
6. Cancellation by Organisers
If Movement Manor Event is cancelled in full by us:
All ticket payments, including deposits, will be refunded.
We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (e.g. travel, accommodation, insurance, or other associated costs).
If the Event must be postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to force majeure, government restrictions, or venue issues), tickets will automatically transfer to the new date. Refunds may be offered at our discretion.
7. Assumption of Risk
Movement Manor Event includes physical activities such as handstands, acrobatics, flexibility, aerial work, calisthenics, and movement-based training.
By attending, you acknowledge:
Participation involves inherent physical risk.
You are medically fit to participate.
You take full responsibility for your own safety and wellbeing.
Movement Manor Event and its instructors are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.
Participants are responsible for working within their own limits.
8. Liability
Movement Manor Event shall not be liable for:
Personal injury (unless caused by negligence)
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Travel or accommodation expenses
Indirect or consequential losses
9. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment.
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if they:
Behave in a disruptive or unsafe manner
Fail to follow instructor guidance
Act in a way that compromises the safety or experience of others
10. Media & Photography
Photography and videography may take place during the Event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you consent to the use of images or video footage in which you may appear, unless you notify us in writing before the Event.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with UK data protection law and the UK GDPR.
Your information is used solely for:
Event administration
Payment processing
Communication relating to the Event

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
