Calisthenics
Gravity is a Suggestion
The art of making the impossible look like a casual Tuesday.
Let’s be honest: there is no feeling quite like being able to pull your entire body weight over a bar or hold yourself horizontal like a human flag while everyone else is just trying to find the "on" button on the treadmill.
Calisthenics is the ultimate game of Human vs. Earth. Whether you are still trying to negotiate your first pull-up or you’re ready to master the high-stakes physics of the Full Planche, we’ve got a seat at the table (or a spot on the bar) for you.
The "Ground Zero" Crew (Beginners): You’re ready to stop using your gym membership as a donation and start using your own body as a barbell. We focus on the "Foundations of Steel"—pushing, pulling, and core work that doesn't involve a single crunch.
The Bar-Barians (Intermediate): You’ve got the basics; now you want the "wow" factor. We’re talking Muscle-Ups, Front Levers, and learning how to move with enough control to make Newton rethink his laws of motion.
The Statues (Advanced): For those who want to master the Planche, the Human Flag, or the Victorian Cross. At this level, we stop moving and start defying reality through sheer tension and audacity.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking for more functional power or a total newbie who just wants to feel like a superhero, the Calisthenics Pillar is where the transformation happens.
Warning: May result in an uncontrollable urge to climb things in public.
