EVENT INFORMATION

(please read below and check T&Cs if more information is required)

    • After you book your ticket, this will reserve your space at the event, although it will not be guaranteed until the full amount is paid.

    • A timetable will be released giving detailed descriptions of the classes, along with prerequisites and what level the class is.

    • You can favourite your top classes on the timetable page to help you narrow down which one you want to attend

    • We will invite you to sign up to our booking system ahead of class release

    • Classes will be released all at once and you will be able to book your classes (one class per slot). This will be on a first come, first serve basis.

    • Get excited for the event!

  • We will be able to confirm the event is going ahead when we hit our minimum number of tickets is sold - or 3 months before (5th June), whichever is first!

    We would suggest if you are booking travel and accommodation before this date to understand your cancellation options in the event Movement Manor cannot proceed.

  • Leigh Court, Abbots Leigh, Bristol, BS8 3RA - there is ample parking on site and it is possible to get there via public transport (although via car is recommended).

  • 5th & 6th September 2026

  • 08:30 - 17:00 (both days)

  • 10 hours (8 classes) of coaching, with 88 workshops to choose from, lunch + tea & coffee per day is included in the ticket price.

  • There are classes for everyone! From beginners who have never tried a skill, right through to those working on advanced skills, you can find out more about the classes under each instructor.

  • Yourself, suitable clothing, a water bottle, any additional personal items you may need.

    • More than 90 days before the Event:
      Refund of all monies paid minus the £50 non-refundable deposit.

    • 60–89 days before the Event:
      50% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

    • 30–59 days before the Event:
      25% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

    • Less than 30 days before the Event:
      No refund.

  • It may be possible to transfer your ticket, although please contact us at hello@movementmanor.co.uk to discuss this.
