• After you book your ticket, this will reserve your space at the event, although it will not be guaranteed until the full amount is paid.

• A timetable will be released giving detailed descriptions of the classes, along with prerequisites and what level the class is.

• You can favourite your top classes on the timetable page to help you narrow down which one you want to attend

• We will invite you to sign up to our booking system ahead of class release

• Classes will be released all at once and you will be able to book your classes (one class per slot). This will be on a first come, first serve basis.

• Get excited for the event!

10 hours (8 classes) of coaching, with 88 workshops to choose from, lunch + tea & coffee per day is included in the ticket price.

There are classes for everyone! From beginners who have never tried a skill, right through to those working on advanced skills, you can find out more about the classes under each instructor.

Yourself, suitable clothing, a water bottle, any additional personal items you may need.

• More than 90 days before the Event:
  Refund of all monies paid minus the £50 non-refundable deposit.

• 60–89 days before the Event:
  50% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

• 30–59 days before the Event:
  25% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

• Less than 30 days before the Event:
  No refund.
