No prerequisites required. These classes are designed to be accessible to everyone. Instructors provide various modifications so you can progress or regress depending on your want & will.

Perfect for those new to the practice or returning after a long break. We focus on foundational movements, proper alignment, and learning the “language” of the class.

Designed for students with a solid understanding of the fundamentals. We move beyond the basics, incorporating more stamina, coordination, and nuanced techniques.

A high-energy transition level. These sessions refine advanced skills while pushing your physical and mental limits. Prior experience in intermediate classes is highly recommended.

Our most challenging tier. These classes assume a mastery of the craft and focus on high-level transitions, peak intensity, and intricate technical work.
