  • There are classes for everyone! From beginners who have never tried a skill, right through to those working on advanced skills, you can find out more about the classes under each instructor.

  • There are plenty of options in Bristol and the surrounding area for accommodation. We will confirm the event is going ahead when we hit our minimum number of tickets sold!

    • After you book your ticket, this will reserve your space at the event, although it will not be guaranteed until the full amount is paid.

    • A timetable will be released giving detailed descriptions of the classes, along with prerequisites and what level the class is.

    • You can favourite your top classes on the timetable page to help you narrow down which one you want to attend

    • We will invite you to sign up to our booking system ahead of class release

    • Classes will be released all at once and you will be able to book your classes (one class per slot). This will be on a first come, first serve basis.

    • Get excited for the event!

  • 10 hours (8 classes) of coaching, with 88 workshops to choose from, lunch + tea & coffee per day is included in the ticket price.

  • Yourself, suitable clothing, a water bottle, any additional personal items you may need.

  • Technically yes! Each class has a list of prerequisites, it is the attendees responsibility to book classes that are the right level for them – if a teacher doesn’t think you are up to the right level they may stop you from taking the class. The classes that are listed as ALL LEVELS, do not require any previous experience

  • When the booking system goes live, you will be able to see how many spaces are left on a particular class (the classes will be different sizes). Click book on the system to secure your space. You will be able to book & unhook classes through the weekend of the event as well

  • 2 weeks before the event (22nd August), class booking will go live.

  • People are able to book and unbook classes, even up to and throughout the convention so you might find there is a last minute space on the workshop you wanted to do. Keep an eye on the booking system.

  • All tickets have a £50 non refundable portion (unless we cancel the event for any circumstance).

    • More than 90 days before the Event:
      Refund of all monies paid minus the £50 non-refundable deposit.

    • 60–89 days before the Event:
      50% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

    • 30–59 days before the Event:
      25% refund of the total ticket price (deposit retained).

    • Less than 30 days before the Event:
      No refund.
